E-commerce conditions for Mariager Camping ApS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY Below you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. PAYMENT All prices stated in Mariager Camping ApS online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. Payment is made by using one of the approved debit/credit cards in the online booking system. INFORMATION ON SHOPPING ON THE INTERNET You can shop safely on the Internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are protected against possible misuse of your credit card online, so there is no excess for misuse of your payment card via the internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should deal with online payments at: www.forbrug.dk SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR UNDER-18S AND GROUPS Young people under 18 cannot rent cabins and caravans without a parent or responsible adult. Special rules also apply to groups. Groups, gatherings of more than 12 people, should not use online booking, but must contact Mariager Camping ApS by email or by phone for booking. SENDING OF CONFIRMATION When booking and paying for a cabin, fjord bubble, space for your own tent / caravan, you will receive a confirmation from Mariager Camping ApS, in which the accounts for your purchase appear. After the online booking has been completed, the confirmation will also be sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Mariager Camping ApS on the day of arrival (and is completed on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above-mentioned confirmation. Allocation of pitch; We reserve the right to allocate you another pitch in the same area and the same category as your request, but will of course, as far as possible, fulfil your request for a pitch. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF STAY You purchase a BASIC, FLEX or PREMIUM option when booking. It will not be possible to purchase/ change this after the first payment. Change of booking means a change of dates for a stay within the same season. Cancellation means cancellation of a stay. You are of course always welcome to change the number of persons or other extras without an extra payment. Please note that if you do not choose one of the above services, BASIC is the chosen one. 1. With BASIC, you do not have the option to cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented. However, you always have the option to rebook within 7 days of booking, but at least 60 days before arrival. 2. With FLEX you can rebook and cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking, and DKK 250 for cancellation per booking. The amount of the Flex package is not refundable in case of cancellation. 3. With PREMIUM you can rebook and cancel up until 12.00 noon two days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 100,- per change, per booking and DKK 250,- for cancellation per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the date of receipt by Mariager Camping ApS. The amount of the Premium package is not refundable in case of cancellation. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION Please note that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Contracts Act's rules on the right of cancellation. The sale of accommodation (cabins, holiday homes, camping etc.) is covered by a special exemption provision in Section 18 (2), point 12 of the Consumer Contracts Act. A booking is thus not covered by the 14-day right of cancellation. If you have started your holiday with us, the booked time is binding and cannot be transferred to another party. FORCE MAJEURE Mariager camping ApS assumes no responsibility for the consequences of strikes, lock-outs, epidemics / pandemics or other circumstances that under Danish law are considered force majeure. In such cases, you have no right to a refund. REGISTRATION OF INFORMATION Mariager Camping ApS registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but Mariager Camping ApS keeps the registration for 5 years. Mariager Camping ApS uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to secure the information you provide on the site. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. COMPLAINTS HANDLING If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can contact us at the address or phone number below. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error in the ordinary course of reviewing your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to complain under section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act ceases, unless otherwise agreed. When Mariager Camping ApS receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Mariager Camping ApS will decide whether the product received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
